IV Therapy Certification
Basic IV Therapy
This is a basic IV therapy course that prepares the participants to insert a peripheral short catheter IV in the upper extremities and maintain it.
RN/LVN Refresher Programs
We offer full and didactic only options to RNs and LVNs who wish to return to the workforce.

About Perry & Associates Healthcare Education
Our History
Perry & Associates Healthcare Education, LLC was founded on a legacy of excellence, leadership, and a deep commitment to advancing healthcare practice. Established in 2006 by Carolyn Perry, BSN, RN, the organization was built on her vision to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and confidence of healthcare professionals while improving the quality of patient care.
With decades of experience in nursing leadership, education, and clinical operations, Carolyn served in key roles across skilled nursing and long-term care settings, including Director of Nursing and Regional Clinical Consultant. Her work focused on staff development, regulatory compliance, and elevating standards of care across organizations.
Throughout her career, Carolyn held advanced certifications in rehabilitation nursing and dementia care, and she was recognized for her ability to translate complex clinical and regulatory requirements into practical, effective training. She also led nurse aide training programs and provided consulting, survey readiness support, and continuing education for healthcare teams across Texas.
Today, Perry & Associates Healthcare Education continues to build on that foundation—expanding its impact through innovative, Texas Board of Nursing–aligned programs, workforce development initiatives, and strategic healthcare partnerships. While the organization has evolved, its mission remains rooted in Carolyn Perry’s original vision: to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge, competency, and confidence to deliver exceptional care.
