Refund, Transfer, and Attendance Policies

Participants may request a cancellation by submitting written notice at least one (1) week prior to the start of the didactic portion of the course.

Refund requests received within this timeframe will be processed according to the following conditions:

• Written cancellation is required at least one (1) week before the start of the didactic session.
• No refunds will be issued for “No Shows.”
• Once the didactic portion of the course has begun, refunds will not be issued.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified.

Participants who are unable to attend should contact the program administrator as soon as possible before the start of the course.

Participants who are unable to attend the originally scheduled course may request a one-time transfer to a future course date under the following conditions:

• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least one (1) week before the start of the didactic portion of the course.
• Transfers are subject to course availability and scheduling.
• Each participant is allowed one transfer per course registration.
• Once the didactic portion of the course has begun, course transfers are not permitted.
• Failure to attend the rescheduled course will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or additional transfer.

Participants must complete all required components of the course to receive verification of completion. 

• Participants must attend the entire didactic session.
• When applicable, participants must complete the instructor-led skills lab before beginning clinical hours.
• Participants must achieve a minimum score of 80% on the end-of-course exams.
• Clinical documentation must be submitted as required by the course instructor. 

Failure to complete any required component of a course may result in the non-issuance of course completion verification.
