Participants enrolled in Physical Assessment: Does It Hurt When I Do That? are required to complete 24 clinical practice hours as part of the course requirements.

Documentation Requirements

Participants must submit the required clinical documentation, which may include:

  • Clinical Sign-In Sheet
  • Physical Assessment Skills Checklist
  • Clinical Experience Evaluation forms

All documentation must be completed accurately and submitted according to course instructions.

Verification of Completion

Clinical hours will be reviewed after all required documentation has been submitted. Course completion verification will be issued only after all course components have been successfully completed.

Failure to Complete Clinical Requirements

Failure to complete the clinical hours or to submit the required documentation may result in a delay or the non-issuance of the course completion verification.

Participants who encounter difficulty securing a clinical site should contact the program administrator as soon as possible to discuss available options.
