From IV therapy and nursing skills labs to Texas BON-approved remedial education, our team is committed to helping learners build confidence, strengthen competence, and support safe nursing practice.
Victoria Cisse is a registered nurse, licensed nursing facility administrator, and healthcare educator with extensive experience in nursing leadership, long-term care, curriculum development, and IV therapy instruction. She has served as an IV Therapy Instructor with Perry & Associates since 2006 and has led nursing education program development, faculty support, and clinical education initiatives. Her background includes nursing facility administration, director of nursing leadership, quality improvement, and hands-on IV therapy training.
Victoria is passionate about practical instruction, supportive teaching, and helping healthcare professionals strengthen their clinical confidence through structured learning and competency-based skill development.

Lisa Johnson is an IV Therapy Instructor and Nursing Skills Lab Instructor for Perry & Associates Healthcare Education. As a Registered Nurse and Registered Respiratory Therapist, she brings a practical, patient-safety focused approach to instruction and supports learners through hands-on practice, clinical skill development, and individualized coaching.
Lisa teaches IV therapy and nursing skills in a supportive learning environment designed to help participants strengthen confidence, improve technique, and successfully complete required skills training and validation.

Dr. Reena Joseph is a doctoral-prepared nurse educator with advanced preparation in nursing education and a strong background in patient safety, quality improvement, faculty development, critical care, and vascular access-related initiatives. Her academic preparation includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Education and a Master of Science in Nursing with a nurse educator specialization. Her work has included faculty training, leadership in patient safety and quality committees, and presentations on midline IV access and early mobilization.
Dr. Joseph brings a thoughtful, evidence-informed teaching style to remedial education and supports nurses in strengthening clinical judgment, accountability, and safe professional practice.

Arulmozhi Visagamoorthi is a registered nurse and clinical educator with experience in ICU, medical-surgical nursing, NICU, online tutoring, nursing instruction, and curriculum development. She also served as an Assistant Professor of Nursing, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students and supporting clinical learning, assessment, and student feedback. Her credentials include a Master of Nursing in Pediatrics.
Arulmozhi brings a structured, learner-centered approach to instruction and helps students strengthen clinical knowledge, nursing skills, documentation, and safe patient care practices across remedial education, IV therapy, and nursing skills lab settings.

Nikia Ali is a master’s-prepared registered nurse, Certified Pediatric Nurse, and Vascular Access Board Certified clinician with experience in vascular access, nursing education, pediatric care, patient education, and clinical supervision. Her background includes work as a vascular access nurse, where she supported appropriate line placement, staff education, and patient care involving peripheral IVs, ultrasound-guided PIVs, midlines, and PICCs.
Nikia brings a clear, practical, and evidence-informed teaching style to remedial education, IV therapy instruction, and nursing skills labs, helping learners strengthen competence, confidence, and safe clinical decision-making.
